The checks are green. The production behaviour is still wrong.
Some systems fail without raising an exception. Pods stay healthy, latency stays flat and the error rate stays at zero while the result is incorrect.
Failures that standard monitoring misses
A trained model can be exported to a serving format that no longer agrees with the model that was trained. A drift alert can trigger retraining with no gate before production. A dashboard can query metric names that nothing emits. Each system appears healthy by the measures it has, while the behaviour is wrong.
What you get
A graded report that names every finding’s file and line.
The failure each finding prevents.
The smallest change that fixes it.
A prioritised list of what to fix first.
A walkthrough call for the report and next steps.
How it works
Share a repositoryWe agree the repository and review boundaries.
Run the 62 check standardThe review tests specific machine learning and infrastructure failure modes.
Receive the report and callYou receive the findings within the agreed turnaround, followed by a walkthrough.
Why the checks can be trusted
Every check is mutation tested. The defect it exists to catch is deliberately introduced, and the check has to notice. Six checks originally could not fail anything while looking entirely correct. Finding that weakness is why mutation testing is part of the standard.

Before you ask
What if we cannot share the repository?
Many teams cannot, and that is normal. The review can run against a copy with proprietary business logic removed because the checks examine structure, configuration and pipeline design, or it can run on your machine with you sharing the output. The review reads files, never executes code and never needs access to a cloud account.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. A mutual NDA can be in place before anything is shared. If you have your own agreement, we will review it rather than refuse it.
What happens after the report?
The walkthrough call covers what to fix first and why. Any remediation work is a separate conversation with its own scope and fee. The review is a complete paid engagement, not a lead magnet designed to end in a larger engagement.
What this review is not
It is not a penetration test, a compliance certification or a review of a cloud account. It covers 62 specific failure modes in a repository. The report states exactly what was checked and what was not.
